Buckwheat grouts from “Ekor” are oriented on the proper diet and regular everyday usage. Our products are rich on valuable vitamins and minerals made from clean grain collected in the black fields of the western Ukraine. The main suppliers of raw materials of organic buckwheat for our plant are Ternopil, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Rivne, Vinnitsa and Volyn regions. On the fields, which only natural organic fertilizers are used. Buckwheat grouts of the company “Ekor” has unique quality indicators in comparison with similar products in Ukraine and the world, as evidenced by appropriate research protocols.

Buckwheat husk which is obtained during the production of the grouts is widely used in furniture industry. Production’s wastes are also useful for fodder in the livestock because of the high concentration of minerals.
Buckwheat is a valuable dietary product with a high concentration of protein, fat and amino acids. It is rich in iron, phosphorus, copper, calcium, magnesium, boron, iodine, vitamins B1, B2, PP, R, apple and citric acids. Chemical composition of hundred grams of product: protein, 16 grams of fat - 3.5 grams of carbohydrates - 63 grams. Caloric content of 100 grams - 335 kcal.
There is a small concentration of carbohydrates in buckwheat grouts so it is widely used as an excellent dietary product. Dietitians proved that buckwheat grouts improve metabolism and stimulate blood circulation, normalize the functioning of the heart, liver, endocrine glands and has a positive effect on the nervous system. Meals made from buckwheat are recommended for baby food due to the positive influence on the development of a young body.
